Web Developer
Environmental Website Intern

 

WEB DEVELOPER

If you are passionate about interactive design, web design/development and becoming an active participant in growing our business, we would like to talk to you about joining our team.

 

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of web development experience
  • Proficiency with XHTML and CSS; the ability to code a website from a Photoshop mockup
  • Experience writing PHP, Javascript, Dreamweaver and Photoshop
  • Experience developing across browsers
  • Familiarity with Drupal or similar content management applications
  • Experience and enthusiasm working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Excellent conceptual, design and communication skills, an eagerness to learn and a passion for exceptional design

ENVIRONMENTAL WEBSITE INTERN

ConcordConserves.org [www.concordconserves.org], a non-profit environmental organization specializing in online education, seeks an intern for this fall.

 

This is a great opportunity for an aspiring environmental studies major or anyone interested in promoting environmental causes, to have a significant impact on this project as well as learn hands on how to create a dynamic environmental website.

 

Internship duties include: website writing, RSS feed management, blog/forum management, e-mail communications and on-line video management as well as Internet activism.

The position is either for college credit or paid a nominal hourly wage. Approximately 10 hours per week on site in Concord, Massachusetts is preferred.
