Lowell Small Business Assistance Center [LSBAC]
The LSBAC is a non-profit organization in Lowell whose mission is to
'to provide entrepreneurs from ethnically and economically diverse groups with the education, tools, and resources necessary to create, sustain and expand small businesses'. They needed a logo that would appeal to a diverse audience as well as differentiate the center from other local government agencies.
